The app may handle the following information to provide its features:
User-selected videos
Videos you choose from your device for transcription, optional translation, and subtitle burn-in.
Generated captions
Transcript text and timestamps produced from the audio track.
Optional translations
Translated subtitle text you choose to generate.
Exported video
A new video file you export that contains subtitles burned into the image.
Support messages
If you email us, we receive your email address and any content you include (such as logs or screenshots).
Do you collect analytics, tracking identifiers, or ads data?
This template assumes you do not run ads and do not collect analytics or tracking identifiers by default. If you later add analytics, crash reporting, ads, or third-party SDKs that collect data, update this policy and your App Store privacy disclosures accordingly.
How we use information
We use information only to provide the app’s functions, such as:
Generating subtitles from the audio in a video
Optionally translating subtitles into another language
Rendering subtitles onto the video and exporting the result

What happens when I share a video?
When you share from the app to another app or service, that destination may process the file under its own privacy policy. Review the destination’s privacy practices before sharing.
Data retention
Project files (videos, captions, exports) are stored on your device.
You control deletion by removing files from the app’s storage and/or Photos.
Support emails are retained only as long as needed to address your request and maintain support records.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information we handle, such as limiting access to support inboxes and avoiding unnecessary data collection. No method of storage is 100% secure.
Device permissions
The app may request the following permissions depending on how you use it:
Photos
Used to select input videos and/or save exported videos to your Photos library (for example, “Add Photos Only”).
Files access
If you import/export using the Files picker, iOS may grant access to locations you choose.
Speech and language
Used to transcribe audio and to translate text. The app uses system frameworks where available.
Your choices
You can use the app without creating an account.
You can delete projects and exported files at any time from the app and/or Photos.
You can manage permissions in iOS Settings (Photos, Files).
If you contact support, you can choose what information to include.
